After a road rage incident where I crashed my car fleeing from someone trying to gun me down, I was booked with DUI because the local PD did not want to believe my story and quickly made up their mind that I was a lair. I called about 10 attorneys trying to find someone who would not only believe my case but also fight it. All other attorneys decided that I should argue for a plea. Jason took my case seriously and fought with all evidence he had. He was always very down to earth and honest when he believed something might be a challenge. At the trial hearing, i was blown away by how confident and serious his argument was and did not back down once to prove why I crashed. He challenged every argument the state made.
