As a small firm we focus on criminal law cases including misdemeanors and felonies and select tort cases, including wrongful death and personal injury. We have vast experience in Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Drugged cases, New Mexico Department of Game and Fish cases, including hunter, guide and outfitter violations, and expungements. We have handled cases in municipal, tribal, magistrate and district court cases. We do not accept cases involving foreclosure or eviction and other debt collection. The reason we don’t take those cases is that most attorneys do not practice in all areas, and those that do sometimes do a less than stellar job. It is always important that you retain an attorney well experienced in the area of the law which you have an issue. With our focus on criminal defense trial practice and select tort cases we can better assist clients in areas that we are well versed. When we are called about cases we do not handle, we do our best to find a suitable referral when we do not practice in that area.
